Wholesale Ordering Details and Policies

When you order your plants from Gulley Greenhouse Wholesale you are ordering quality plants. We strive to grow a fantastic product for our customers. We grow perennial plants, annual plants, vegetable plants, and many other varieties suitable for our region.

ORDERING PROCESS

Prices are effective from November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025. To place an order, please call, fax, or e-mail our sales staff. We request 24-hour notice for customer pickup orders, and 48-hour notice for orders to be delivered. We are happy to service walk-in customers; just go to the Wholesale Sales Office.

Please, no order changes or cancellation without prior communication with our sales staff.

Wholesale customers can shop from our Retail Garden Center if smaller quantities are desired; please check in at the Wholesale Sales Office before you begin shopping to get the best customer service possible. Wholesale customers shopping from our retail area will receive 30% off retail prices for plants, and 20% off for hard goods (non-plant material). However, to ensure you get the best prices possible, all customers that want to purchase full flat quantities should place a wholesale order with the sales staff. Then the plants will be pulled for you and you will be charged the lower wholesale price.

*Order Minimum: All Wholesale flats must be ordered in full-flat quantities. There is no minimum quantity for 6.5”, gallons, two gallons, hanging baskets or containers.

Availability Order Details:  

In spring of 2025 we will not be able to accommodate pre‐booked orders for finished product, including hanging baskets, containers, annuals, perennials  and veggies. All products that we grow will be available only when they are statuses and ready to sell. We are predicting our inventory will be tight, so want to make sure that we’re able to ship all plants when they are in prime condition.  

Our team is working hard to schedule availability that will be ready for the Front Range spring season, and also a fresh wave for the later mountain season. Our goal is to keep a constant supply of new product consistently available so that there will be good options for everyone.

Availability is first‐come, first‐serve. We will always honor the first request we receive and treat all customers equally. If orders are received concurrently, availability will be divided fairly between each.

  • Perennials are available in 2.5” (32/flat) and 4.5” (10/flat), 1 Gallon and 2 Gallon sizes, depending on the variety.
  • Several perennial groundcover varieties are also available in GroundLover 1204 flats (12-4pks).
  • Fairy Flowers®® are sold in 3” pots (12/flat).
  • Grasses come in 3.5” (18/flat), 4.5” flats (10/flat) and gallons.
  • Herbs are sold in 2.5" pots (32/flat) or 3” pots (12/flat); seasonally.
  • Annuals may be available from time to time, and come in 1204 (12-4pks), 1004 (10-4pks) 2.5”, 3.5” (18/flat) and 4.5” (10/flat), as well as 6.5” pots and 1 Gallons.
  • Fall Mums are available in 4.5” flats, 9” and 12” pots.

Availability orders must ship within 7 consecutive business days of receipt of the order (including Saturdays). This allows us to book the best, premium quality that you can depend on at the time you receive your order.  

For example, an order placed on Tuesday May 6th must ship by the next Tuesday May 13th.   

WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS & TERMS

DISCOUNTS

Yearly Volume Discount: The cumulative discount will be based on purchases from November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025.
The more perennials, herbs, roses, annuals, veggies, and hanging baskets you order…the greater your discount! The discount begins at 4% and can increase to as much as 10%. We will keep track of your purchases and notify you when your discount increases.

TERMS

COD (Cash on Delivery) customers must have payment for their order to give the driver at time of delivery, or they can call into our
sales office with a credit card while the driver is still on site. Invoices for customers with terms must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. If a balance is past‐due, a 2% finance charge will be assessed on the last day of the billing cycle. Accounts whose invoices are 60 days past due will be placed on COD status.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

From April 21 – June 6, 2025 Gulley Wholesale will deliver Monday through Friday, and Tuesday through Friday the rest of the year. Customer delivery schedules are assigned by location and when orders are received. We combine deliveries in each area in order to reduce delivery costs to you. The fee may be split between multiple customers in one area.

We offer FREE delivery for most orders above our minimum within 200 miles of Fort Collins, CO. Please see the price schedule in the catalog for minimums and delivery charges.

Delivery Fees: If diesel fuel prices reach above $5.00/gallon, there will be a $15.00 fuel surcharge on each delivery.

CUSTOMER PICK UP

We realize your time is valuable, we request that you place your order 24 hours in advance, prior to pick-up. This gives us the time to ensure all plant material meets quality and accuracy standards and keeps pick-up quick and efficient. Same day walk-in customers, please allow adequate time for your order to be pulled. Orders not picked up after 72 hours (of requested pick-up date) will be billed a 15% restocking fee and the plants will no longer be held. Wholesale pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-3:30pm and Friday 8am-11:30pm. Please go to the Wholesale Sales Office to receive your invoice prior to loading. We will contact a member of our wholesale team to meet you at the receiving dock where your order will be staged and our staff will help you load.

RETURNS & CLAIMS

Claims due to plant shortages or damages must be reported to Gulley Greenhouse within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Claims due to plant quality or wrong variety must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up. Claims reported after the specified time frames will not be honored. Cancelling of pulled orders will be billed a 15% restocking fee. Returns and claims can be done through our wholesale sales staff.
