Upon purchasing plant material from Gulley Greenhouse, you understand that plants are living things and do require care. If a plant is given reasonable care and fails to survive during the period of the guarantee, we will replace it with the same or similar species or issue an instore credit for the purchase price of the plant. Both the plant and the receipt are required for replacements. We do not replace replacements.
Gulley Greenhouse offers store credit for the purchase price of the following items: Perennials, Jeepers Creepers, Roses, Shrubs, and Trees until October 31st of the purchase year. Items purchased at a 20% or more discount are excluded from this guarantee. After 7 days, a 10% restocking fee may apply. No cash back.
If you have a return to make, please save the plant material (even if it is dead) and contact us about it. We will be happy to help you make your claims and receive your credit or replacement plants, we just want to ensure that no further issues will happen to your garden.
We do not offer guaranteed returns on Annuals, Vegetables, Herbs, Houseplants, Hanging Baskets, Patio Pots, or Waterplants.
Please note that you will either need the original receipt or you will need to have purchased the item you wish to return under your customer name in our system for any return. In some cases, we may need the remains of the plant so please call us to see if this applies to your return. No cash back.
We reserve the right to revoke our guarantee in the case of intentional misuse of this guarantee.
