While some uses haven’t been proven yet, elderberries in the form of elderberry syrup have been shown to boost immunity, decrease mucus production during colds and fight the flu.
This rich and silky soup has a touch of spice and is sure to warm you up on a chilly fall day. The coconut milk adds an unexpected but delicious flavor, and helps add to the overall creaminess. We used fresh pumpkin from our garden in ours, but the recipe called for canned which is sure to be just as yummy!
