Join us Saturday, August 4th, or Sunday, August 5th, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm to create your own living mosaic to hang on a wall, indoors or out (in summer). Succulents are a natural choice for vertical gardens because they grow slowly and have low water requirements. We will provide assorted low maintenance succulents, moss, soil, and a frame for planting and hanging.

Saturday, July 21st, and Sunday, July 22nd, join us to make your very own kokedama. Originating in Japan, Kokedama is a soil and plant-filled ball of living moss. Bound with string the ball becomes a sculptural art form and can be placed on a surface or hung. Similar to bonsai, these moss balls can live for years! We will be planting ours with lovely airy houseplants. All supplies and instruction included.

Join us and renowned artist, Trish Murtha, for a fun-filled painting class! Choose from a sunflower, coneflower, or pumpkin design to paint with acrylics onto an 18″x18″ pillowcase. All materials will be provided. Trish Murtha is an innovative and popular public speaker on creativity and a workshop teacher in watercolor. Trish’s light-hearted, energetic and uniquely informative instruction has filled classes in seven states. With her love of all things botanical, Trish also designed classes for the Vermont Flower & Garden Show and many projects with garden tours and centers.
