Meet Bronte. She lives in Queensland with her cat Chromophore and she is tickled pink to meet fellow enthusiasts in the field of chromatics. She can go on for hours about why pink is a real color and not just light red. She’ll probably ask what your favorite mix of red and blue wavelengths is (basically, pink). We’ll help you get started. Ours are magenta, salmon, fuchsia, coral, cerise, blush, and rose.
We recommend planting this plug in our regular potting soil.
THIS PLANT SHIPS AS A 1″ FULLY ROOTED STARTER PLANT, AS SHOWN IN THE SECOND PHOTO. It will come wrapped in moss and tucked in a growers pot for safety. The terra cotta pot with the mature plant, shown in the first photo, is not included. If you order multiple plants, we put them together in one pot so they stay moist and insulated. If you think we haven’t sent the full order, please take out the plants from the pot first to count them.
- Let the very top of the soil dry to the touch before watering.
- The more light received, the more vibrant the foliage.
- Prune old growth in late winter/early spring for a bushier shape if your plant feels too leggy.
- This plant is toxic to humans and pets.
