Zinnias are a must for anyone wanting glorious, long-lasting colors throughout the garden as well as for cut flower arrangements. The more you cut, the more they bloom! Since 1926, ‘California Giants’ has delivered large blossoms on heat-loving, tall plants; stunning planted in mass. Large, 4″–6″ flowers in a wide range of colors, including white, pink, salmon, rose, red, yellow, orange, lavender, and purple. Each individual flower lasts a very long time on the plant, and in the vase. Zinnias are edible, but have little flavor. The colorful flowers can make a pretty garnish to salads, desserts, cold drinks, or serving trays. (The flower’s central disk, while edible, can be bitter.)
