Hoffman River Gravel

Hoffman River Gravel is pea-sized gravel that can be used indoors or outdoors. Its main purpose is to help retain soil moisture and reduce compaction caused by frequent watering. Plus, it adds a lovely decorative touch to the pot or area.

Use as a decorative soil cover for container grown plants, mix in soil for more water retention, or make a humidity tray for humid loving plants such as peace lilies

You can arrange river rocks in a line side-by-side to create a simple flowerbed border. Clumping perennial beds require a border at the root level, so it's best to dig a few inches down in the soil and bury some river rock, essentially creating a small retaining wall to prevent the roots from spreading
