What Are Poppers and Super Poppers?

Gulley ‘poppers’ are rooted plugs and liners that are ready to pop into a larger containers for finishing.

The poppers we grow include annuals, perennials, ornamental grasses and herbs.

Sizes:

Perennial Poppers are available in 128-cell trays (sold as 125), 72-cell trays, and selected varieties in 50 cell trays.

Perennial Super Poppers are vernalized 32-cell trays, available in selected varieties.

Annual Poppers are available in 105-cell trays (sold as 102) and selected varieties in 78-cell strip trays (sold as 75).

Our plants are sold exclusively through our broker network.

To ship your order complete, we need it at least 1 week prior to the longest lead time for each variety (listed in our current Popper Catalog). Any changes or cancellations for 125-cell trays must be received no later than 35 business days (7 weeks) prior to scheduled ship date. All 50-cell, 75-cell, 72-cell, and 102-cell liners are grown to customer specifications...no cancellations are accepted after plants are sown or stuck. Plants noted as ‘availability only’ are in short supply. Please contact us if you are interested in these varities and do not see them on our Popper Availability List

Volume discounts are available on a per-order basis, up to 7% for both perennials and annuals.

We also offer an Early Order Discount of 2% for orders placed before October 14, 2011. Annuals can be combined and shipped together on any order.

Shipping

Please tell us how you want your plants to be shipped! You are the best judge of shipping methods, so inform your broker!

Shipments are scheduled every Tuesday to make sure your order arrives before the weekend. There is a box and packing charge of $6.50 per
box, and an airport delivery charge of $3.25 per box (Super Poppers are slightly different - see our Popper Catalog).

Shipments can be scheduled via Air, FedEx, FedEx Freight, and UPS (at customer risk and request). We will not ship when the temperature is below 25 degrees.

Local and Mountain Delivery

We offer local delivery in our company trucks to customers within a 150-mile
radius of Fort Collins, Colorado; charges vary by mileage. Pick-up orders can also be scheduled in advance between 8am and 3pm Wednesday - Friday.
